This is an addendum to the earlier bread post. To continue to show how the bread will look as it is rolled up and the height you want it to raise to. Be careful as you roll the dough up not to curl your fingers into the dough. Just roll it with the flat of your hand or with fingers straight. I've found that when you curl your fingers you inadvertently create air holes by creating indents in the dough.

I keep meaning to ask where you get the bread bags. I checked michaels but have no idea where else to look. :)
I get my bread bags from Great Harvest actually. I got 1000 count for $25.00. Good deal really since my mother gets hers at a store called Kitchen Kneads 100 ct for $5.00. Here in Colorado since prepared food and non food items are taxed and unprepared is not (bread as opposed to sandwiches) then you have to buy them at a store where the registers can do taxable items. I don't know if that will apply to you there. Anyway I'll look online for you.

I meant to say also that in Colorado you have to go to a Great Harvest that does sandwiches since it is set up to do taxes on non food purchases.
I love your bread posts! I think I might be able to make some bread one of these days, thanks to you. Kent would be so impressed. I love the step by step pictures, very cooking show-esque!
I like doing that ever since I saw the website: http://www.cookingforengineers.com
it seemed like the perfect fool proof instructions...perfect for even Reid the engineer :)
